Join us for Part I of our series on stress, chronic illness & Black health, featuring Psychologist Dr. Donald Grant, Jr., PsyD. We talk about oppression. intergenerational trauma, as well as the physiological manifestations of stress. We also discuss links to chronic illness. Could there possibly be a link between intergenerational trauma and MS in Black people?

Dr. Grant is a socio-cultural analyst and mental health expert who has served as an educator, media analyst, child welfare administrator, trainer, presenter, and social services advocate. Dr. Grant currently occupies two roles as the Executive Director of Mindful Training Solutions, LLC (MTS) and Executive Director of Pacific Oaks College's Center for Community and Social Impact.
